Three roll calender is used for calendering of rubber or plastics, fabric frictioning and coating, sheeting and composite of rubber or plastics.

1. Roller Unit: Hollow roller, Chilled cast iron alloy with hardness HS:72-75, Quenching and precision grinding; Auto-centering rolling bearings, Bearing support is casting iron with quenching treatment, high strength and precision; Roller heating and cooling adopts rotating joint.
2. Base and frame: Welded as a whole part.
3. Nip adjustment: 0.2-8mm, automatic.
4. Stock guider unit: Body welded by high quality SS41, Inner side is nylon plate.
5. Transmission system: Famous brand long service life motor; Hardened tooth surface gear reducer.
6. Emergency stop device is equipped to ensure the safety of person and equipment.
7. Compulsory lubricating system.
8. The seal structure with special design can eliminate the leaking phenomenon of lubricating oil.
