II. APPLICATION


Lab Open  Mixing Mill is widely used in rubbers and plastics industry for polymer mixing, such as PVC, color master batch. It consists of roll, bearing, gap adjusting device, electric control system, safety device, etc.

Specification:

Patented design of spiral drilled roll in order to achieve fast heating up.

High class alloy steel with composite structure and hardened treatment.

Surface treatment:

Hard chrome plating, then grinding again to achieve 12 degree of fineness (Ra0.1μm). Design device for protection rolls cannot damage the roll surface.

Self-aligning double-row bearing, equipped with anti-collision and locating device to avoid damage on roll surface.

2. DRIVING SYSTEM


Universal joint transmission system is installed in the case to ensure high safety. Double motors drive and the speed of roller is controlled separately by double frequency converter ( YASKAWA, Japan).

3. OIL HEATING SYSTEM


Heating piping and rotary joint install in the case, tidy appearance. Adopts oil circulation temperature controller (Max. 250), connects with mixing mill by flexible hose.

4. SAFETY DEVICE


Double stopping devices: except normal stop switch, the front/rear sides of machine frame are equipped with knee-push safety brake system that the roller will reverse 1/4 when knee pushes safety brake, in order to ensure safety operation of staff.

5. ELECTRIC CONTROL


Electric control system is installed inside of machine, and operation panel is cantilever type.
